I feel like I’m back at square one… should I get my workouts sorted first?

Start where you are. You don’t need everything to be perfect before you begin. In fact, trying to “get ready” first is what keeps most people stuck. Nutrition is often the biggest lever — once that improves, everything else (including your training) becomes easier to build on.

I’m already a Gym Nutrition Club member, can I join for extra accountability?

Absolutely you can.

As an existing Gym Nutrition Club member, you’ll be able to take part in the program and receive the additional accountability, structure, and support at no extra cost. (Use promo code NUTRITION on checkout)

I’ve got a holiday planned in the middle of it, is it still worth doing?

What about the other weeks? This is one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck. They focus on one disruption and use it as a reason not to start at all. Your holiday doesn’t undo your progress. This program is about learning how to stay on track around real life - not avoiding it.

Will this be strict or restrictive?

No. This is designed to fit your life - not take over it. You’ll have structure and guidance, but also flexibility so you can still enjoy social events, weekends, and real life.

What if I don’t see results?

If you follow the process, you will. The focus is on consistency, not extremes. With the right plan, regular check-ins, and accountability - results come as a byproduct.

What if I have specific dietary requirements?

No problem. Our nutrition partner Happy Healthy Nutrition creates personalised plans based on your individual needs -whether that’s allergies, intolerances, preferences, or specific goals.
